Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your ScrollNPlay account and the data associated with it. We're sad to see you go!

How to request deletion

To delete your account and associated data, please send us an email from the address linked to your ScrollNPlay account.

Request Account Deletion

We will process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, identifiers)
  • Your game progress, scores, and preferences

What data may be kept

Records we are legally required to retain may be kept for up to 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted.
