Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your ScrollNPlay account and the data associated with it.

How to request account deletion

To delete your account and associated data, send an email to contactus@scrollnplay.com from the email address linked to your ScrollNPlay account, with the subject line “Delete my account”.

We will process your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, and OAuth sign-in identifiers)
• Your game progress, scores, and any saved preferences

What data may be kept

• Records we are legally required to retain may be kept for up to 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted.
